Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer requests over email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals and providing personalized support to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Communicating the value of arenaflex's products effectively in direct interactions with customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Troubleshooting common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
  • Automating tasks using tools like Zapier or writing browser scripts in JavaScript to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles.
  • Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues, including hardware and software issues.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.
  • Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
  • Strong written communication skills and an empathetic mindset, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, experience with automation tools like Zapier and familiarity with JavaScript for writing browser scripts are highly desirable.
