Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Remote Medical Customer Service Representatives to join our team, providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll handle high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate information, and assist callers with their queries. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Make outbound calls as required by the department, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with customers
  • Provide clear and concise information to patients and healthcare providers, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Assist callers with information and status of their applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Follow a call script, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for callers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Multitask between several internal system programs, utilizing your skills and expertise to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Adhere to all company required KPIs, maintaining high standards of performance and quality

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center environment (no exceptions)

  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and use dual monitors, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to active listen and problem-solve effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing, data entry, and navigating systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
