The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our customers through the claims filing process and assisting with inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support customers through the claims filing process and assist with inquiries.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).

Experience:

Customer Service experience is a must, but we're open to candidates from various backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Certifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a starting pay rate of $19/hour.
