Software Engineer, Backend

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining backend infrastructure critical to their financial products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and release backend systems with high correctness, reliability, and scalability requirements
- Own and maintain key services that power our financial product ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering and business challenges
- Interface with external financial institutions to integrate services and expand capabilities
- Contribute to shaping engineering best practices and improving developer workflows
Skills
- 6 Months - 2 Years of Hands-on software engineering experience through previous roles
- Proficiency with Python/Django or Go (or similar backend technologies)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and transaction-safe design
- Curiosity and interest in financial systems or a strong desire to learn
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset
