Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative position is designed to provide exceptional support to our customers, store partners, and field teams. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and providing end-to-end issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Communication (5%): Respond to email, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service (65%): Utilize a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers, scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other (5%): Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • THD Process & Policy (25%): Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers, providing support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This includes scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification.

Management and Reporting

This position typically reports to a Contact Center Supervisor and has no direct reports. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Travel and Physical Requirements

This role does not require travel, and most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location. You may need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). Our virtual work environment is designed to be comfortable and accommodating, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Education

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States. A high school diploma and/or GED is required, although minimal or no educational requirement is preferred.
