Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Reviewing and verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
  • Ensuring data is inputted in a timely manner and meets deadlines
  • Performing routine data cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of records
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data
  • Assisting with generating reports and summaries based on entered data
  • Identifying and escalating issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members
  • Staying organized and tracking progress on various data-related tasks
  • Communicating effectively with remote team members and supervisors

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus)
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet working environment
