Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems and databases. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
  • Ensure data is inputted in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Perform routine data cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet working environment.
