About the Role

As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our clients' brands, providing exceptional support to their customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues related to web and mobile apps. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 level support to customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web and mobile apps, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications, ensuring seamless and efficient support
  • Walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in providing Tier 1 level customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Reliable internet speed and service, with a dedicated laptop or desktop computer and quality headset
  • A quiet workspace to take calls, with a willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk and other ticketing systems, as well as inbound calls, chat, and email support
