About the Role

As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and design and maintenance knowledge will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Collaborate with global-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape
• Troubleshoot and manage installation management of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management and be proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and information security are also essential.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• Alternatively, 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a tremendous mindset
