Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Denver Airport Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, providing personalized service, expert advice, and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. You'll work closely with our team to create memorable experiences that exceed our customers' expectations, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure exceptional service during peak periods
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceeding their expectations
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
- Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction
- Utmost professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, prioritizing customers' experiences
- Resourcefulness and ability to utilize multiple technology platforms effectively
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
