Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk - Remote at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers
  • Opening and submitting requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved or requires coordinated call with customer)
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently

Essential Qualifications:

* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a Help Desk or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products or services (although not required, it's a plus!)
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation)
