Responsibilities
As a Remote Bilingual German/English Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our premium standing desk e-commerce platform, tailored to meet the needs of the local German market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilizing Zendesk for effective customer interaction management and data handling
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement process improvements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and consumer behavior to enhance your service delivery
- Working closely with our global service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the German market and consumer behavior
- Experience: Experience working in a Zendesk environment is preferred, but not required
- Remote Work: Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a conducive home-office setup
- Time Zone: Availability to work within the German Time Zone (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
