+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. + Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. + Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. + Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Essential Qualifications

* Exceptional Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
