Key Responsibilities

  • * Provide real-time support to airline customers via live chat, addressing flight bookings, cancellations, baggage policies, and other inquiries.
  • * Assist travelers with online check-in, flight changes, refunds, and special service requests.
  • * Troubleshoot customer issues related to airline services and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • * Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • * Keep updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • * Log customer interactions and feedback in the airlines support system for future reference.
  • * Work collaboratively with the airlines internal teams to enhance customer service efficiency.
  • * Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • * Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
  • * High level of patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
  • * Basic knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, and policies (training will be provided).
  • * Comfortable working with customer support software and CRM tools.
  • * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
  • Experience
  • * Previous experience in customer service, airline support, or chat-based support roles is preferred.
  • * Experience in the travel or airline industry is an advantage.
