Senior Case Benefit Specialist (Operations) - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Benefit Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. As a Senior Case Benefit Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with it. This role offers a competitive salary of $30/hour, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving complex, sensitive, and specialized cases in accordance with state-driven experience handling guidelines. You may be required to learn multiple Medicaid plans and have experience in claims processing. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems, we encourage you to apply.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical claims handling experience (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
• Experience in a production environment
• Analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems, including claims processing software
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and keyboard navigation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• QNXT claims handling experience
• Experience with Edifecs
