What You'll Do

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via phone.
• Answer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, drug benefits, and mail order services.
• Empower members to understand their coverage and options.
• Provide solutions and support to enhance their healthcare experience.

What We Offer

• Flexible work-from-home environment (must reside within 150 miles of Nashville, TN).
• Competitive pay ($25-$35 per hour).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or military).

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
