UX/UI Designer

CentralApp is a Belgian SaaS startup revolutionizing websites and online marketing for SMEs in Europe. Our platform empowers 3,000+ restaurants, shops, and salons in Belgium and France—serving 10 million annual visitors—to manage online visibility effortlessly . We partner with industry leaders like TheFork, Google, BNP Paribas Fortis, and Deliveroo to deliver best-in-class digital experiences

We seek a Medior UX/UI Designer to join our team half-time or full time. You will drive our rebranding implementation, own our website-generator design system, optimize our back-office UI, and produce rapid prototypes for new features.

• Rebranding Implementation: Apply our new brand guidelines (we will change the name and the branding of CentralApp completely in the next few months) across the app, marketing collaterals and website.
• UI Optimization: Audit and enhance the website-generator back-office in collaboration with the Product team.
• Branding Design System : Evolve our component library, document usage guidelines, and ensure consistency across web and mobile for our website generator.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build wireframes, interactive prototypes and user stories to validate and communicate new features.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in UX/UI design; solid portfolio demonstrating medior-level work and autonomy.
• Design Tools: Expert in Figma or Sketch.
• AI Tools: Proven ability to leverage AI in research, ideation, or prototyping.
• Fast Prototyping: Skilled at translating requirements into clickable prototypes under tight deadlines.
• Attention to details: Strong visual design sense—typography, color, spacing—and adherence to accessibility guidelines.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication; experience working with developers, and marketers.
• Bonus: Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to implement landing-page prototypes.
