Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Aetna customers via phone, web, or written correspondence
• Engage, consult, and educate customers on Aetna plans, tools, and resources
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
• Build trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a second or third shift schedule
