What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely resolutions to their issues
• Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
• Consult on products and services with compassion and empathy, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support

What You Bring to the Role:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional support
• Residency in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and product knowledge
