Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager II - Data to join our Ad Platform technology team. As a key member of our team, you will support the development of core data products, unify reporting and billing capabilities, and drive the realization of Disney's core data and reporting needs. Your expertise will help us build a future where data-driven insights empower business decisions, and innovative advertising technologies captivate audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and planning for the digital advertising platform operational data store, including core data, metrics APIs, and inbound and outbound data feeds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence & Analytics, Research & Data Science, and Ad Experiences, to ensure seamless data integration and innovative product development.
  • Partner with upstream Product Managers and Engineers to identify and negotiate source event data and metadata delivery to the data platform.
  • Own the domain model for Events and Metadata, evolving documentation and interfaces for consumers of operational data.
  • Lead product backlog and delivery execution of advertising data initiatives, aligning stakeholders and driving results.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and driving innovation in platform services such as targeting, measurement, BI & Analytics, and Research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent Product Management experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in a technology or digital media company.
  • Deep understanding of data infrastructure, including storage models, data lakes, warehousing, analytics, data movement, and ELT/ETL technologies and practices.
  • Strong SQL skills and extensive knowledge of relational databases.
  • Proven experience and success in a product role, with a record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $152,200 to $223,600 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a bonus, long-term incentive units, and a comprehensive package of medical, financial, and other benefits.
