Remote Service Desk Agent - Join Our Dynamic Team!

As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1st Level telephone and multi-media contact support to clients
  • Achieving a high level of first contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Responding to and resolving customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties
  • Accurately documenting calls and incidents in our contact management system
  • Managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels
  • Maintaining data accuracy and assigning incidents and requests to the correct support group
  • Acting as a single point of contact for incidents and problems logged
  • Performing diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow processes
  • Providing clients with reference numbers for their incidents/requests
  • Supporting multiple clients through customer service professionalism and insight
  • Identifying process efficiencies and implementing changes to improve service delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Typically, a High School diploma (Associate's Degree, professional certification(s), or license preferred) and 2-4 years of related experience
  • 6 months of related experience in IT Service Desk or a similar field
  • Relevant IT qualifications to a tertiary level and 6 months of experience providing Level 3 support for MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Fluency in English and local languages of the countries we support
