Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and execute art strategies across multiple regions in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Design captivating visual content for various channels to enhance brand presence.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image.
• Stay abreast of content trends and identify creative improvement opportunities.
• Keep updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements accurately.
• Thoroughly review and proofread designs to guarantee accuracy and top-notch quality.
• Prioritize usability and accessibility by optimizing graphics and layouts.
• Exhibit efficiency and productivity in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Effectively balance multiple projects by utilizing exceptional time management skills.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry
• Demonstrated ability to produce creative content across multiple channels
• Preferably a background in the dental, healthtech, or medical industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics tools
• A strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives
• Analytical skills to effectively analyze feedback and data to continuously improve design outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Keen eye for aesthetic details
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
• Proven efficiency in delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
