Join our customer's team as an Industrial Engineer - AI Trainer, where you will use your expertise to guide the development of next-generation AI in the industrial engineering sector. Share your knowledge to help AI systems understand efficiency challenges, model process optimization, and enhance productivity in manufacturing and production environments. Key Responsibilities:- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing insights on systems optimization, process mapping, and logistics for AI training purposes.- Design, develop, and evaluate integrated systems to streamline industrial production processes.- Collaborate with AI teams to translate real-world manufacturing scenarios into actionable datasets and training content.- Assess and refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with best practices in quality control, inventory management, and production coordination.- Model and document complex workflows, identifying inefficiency points and proposing solutions for process improvement.- Support the interpretation of cost analysis, human work factors, and material flow for AI learning modules.- Contribute to continual improvement of AI capabilities within industrial production contexts. Qualifications:- Proven experience in industrial engineering, focusing on optimizing production systems and processes.- Strong knowledge of process mapping, logistics, quality control, and systems integration.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage part-time, remote commitments.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially in technical or data-centric environments.- Strong analytical skills for evaluating efficiency, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.- Ability to distill operational challenges into practical solutions for AI training. Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience training or developing content for artificial intelligence or machine learning applications.- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and the data annotation process in industrial settings.- Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
