Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

• Ensure maintenance, diagnose the reasons for system failure and manage the use of the surrounding equipment, computer workstations and internet connections
• Try out and install computer hardware, operating systems and other software applications
• Help network users (employees) solve problems by replying to internet tickets
• Responsible for managing the internal tickets

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

• College diploma in Computer Science or a combination of equivalent training and experience
• A minimum of 1 year experience in technical support
• Good capacity for troubleshooting, after finding the root cause of the issue
• A strong desire to automate tasks and processes
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft systems
• Knowledge of O365 tools
• Experience in one or several of the following areas will be considered an asset:
  • Microsoft Active Directory and GPO
  • Microsoft System Center, SCCM, WSUS and SCOM
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11
