As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with 2+ years of experience to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledgers, and account reconciliations.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Ensure accurate reporting of financial results in compliance with accounting standards.

Process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage vendor communications.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Collaborate with internal teams on audits, financial planning, and reporting.

Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
