hybrid Product Owner & Delivery Manager to spearhead transformative projects across the Financial Services sector for our elite clients. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation, deliver high-impact solutions in a cross-functional agile environment, and play a key role in expanding our client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to balance product excellence with strategic business growth will be crucial to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lean product discoveries and development for complex financial products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps
  • Engage with stakeholders, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates
  • Bridge the business and end-user needs with development capabilities,
  • Transform requirements into well-defined user stories aligned with the development team
  • Collaborate with product UX/UI design to prioritize and detail product definition needs and provide feedback
  • Technical fluency to ensure feasibility
  • Identify and manage technical dependencies between development teams
  • Manage the overall delivery of t product, facilitate agile ceremonies, track progress, manage delivery timelines and expectations, and support the team in resolving impediments
  • Own the scrum delivery process, continuously improve and adapt
  • Define, schedule and coordinate software releases with key stakeholders
  • Track budget, costs, allocations to different workstreams and update forecasts
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunities
  • Translate intricate financial concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies

    • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the financial sector and product management
  • Deep understanding of financial services landscape and trends
  • Demonstrated experience in product development
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery
  • Strong communication skills, adept at stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approaches
  • Good understanding of technical aspects, experience with frontend related development, and data heavy platforms
  • We work across various financial services domains. For this role, experience in Trading, Portfolio Management, and Risk Managementis a plus
