The Role
As a Product Manager, at CorePlan's you'll drive the direction of our SaaS platform by staying deeply connected to customer needs, spotting innovation opportunities, and shaping a product that transforms mining. You'll work closely with our engineering team to prioritise features, define product roadmaps, and ensure we're building solutions that truly transform how drilling operations work in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Translate our company mission and product vision into an actionable product strategy and corresponding roadmap.
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and manage the product roadmap
Refine product ideas and feature requests into user problems and quantify their value through deep understanding of customers, market, and business goals.
Drive customer-led and data-driven development by gathering feedback, analysing usage data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Australia and overseas.
Bridge the gap between technical possibilities and customer requirements in the mining industry.
Collaborate on product design and development to ensure released features solve real user problems.
Qualifications and Fit
Minimum 4 years experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within product management.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and product management methodologies.
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with different company functions and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Bonus points for experience in industrial software, field operations, or mining/construction industries
