Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Operations who can lead and elevate our operations team across infrastructure, back-end systems, cloud services, and integration layers. This role requires a hands-on leader who not only drives strategy but is deeply involved in execution—mentoring team members, optimizing systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing technical operations team

• Oversee infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), back-end systems, integrations, and cloud-based operations

• Mentor and coach engineers and tech leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams

• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems

• Own and improve key technical processes and automation initiatives

• Actively contribute to architecture, design, and development of operational tools and platforms

• Remote Monitoring and Management: N-able

• Security: S1, Adlumin PSA / Service Desk: AutotaskA

• Network and Cloud Monitoring Tools

• VPN Tools

Requirements

• Strong infrastructure experience across on-premises and cloud services

• Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud-based solutions, particularly Intune

• Proven security background across enterprise environments

• Strong scripting, automation, and systems integration experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Previous experience in a senior leadership role (Director/Senior Director level or equivalent)
