Position Overview:Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and working in a collaborative environment? Crossvale is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Robot Framework

Perform a range of testing types, including manual (exploratory, regression, UAT) and automated (API, performance, security) to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.

Set up and manage test environments, test data, and test automation pipelines.

Participate in test planning, risk assessment, and prioritization of testing efforts to align with project goals and deadlines.

Promote a quality-first culture by providing feedback during backlog grooming, code reviews, and design discussions

Document test results, defects, and quality metrics.

Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to include automated test execution as part of the build and deployment process.

Qualifications

4+ years managing test cases and working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

3+ years of experience designing and executing automated tests for web applications and APIs.

Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.

Experience configuring CI/CD testing pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with tools like JMeter, K6, Cucumber, and SoapUI.

Strong communication, analytical, and debugging skills.

Experience with Docker is a plus.

The role is
