Responsibilities

  • Preparation of certification and official documentation
  • Oversight of dispatch for required certification and assessment materials
  • Management of customer and partner lists, including mailing processes
  • Planning and support for events
  • Compilation and processing of monthly office operation expense reports
  • Procurement and inventory management for office and canteen supplies
  • Coordination of logistics related to goods receipt and pick-up applications
  • Preparation of customs clearance documentation for international trade and import equipment
  • Arrangement of hotel and airline bookings for employees
  • Supervision of administrative expenses and business vehicle log maintenance
  • Tracking arrival of new equipment and updating relevant records
  • Distribution and administration of official correspondence
  • Direction of sales-related inquiries to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Execution of security registration procedures for new team members
  • Organization of accommodation and transportation for international visitors
  • Application and oversight of regulatory compliance documents for strategic materials
  • Coordination of wreaths and artificial flower arrangements for company events or special occasions
