Job Title: Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative • *REMOTE** Job Description We are seeking an Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing property damage claims, checking the status of claims for updates, providing necessary information, and answering questions via phone and email. Responsibilities • Service property damage claims • Check the status of claims for updates • Provide necessary information to clients • Answer questions via phone and email Essential Skills • Customer service • Call center experience • Customer support • Experience with claims • Handling high call volumes • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience • Experience with servicing property damage claims for auto Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
