We are seeking two detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialists to support a healthcare organization for a 6-8 week contract. This is a remote opportunity, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze a high volume of medical evaluations. Accurately enter data into an existing database. Communicate effectively with internal teams. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Decode and understand medical terminology used in evaluations. Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail. Utilize Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, for data management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred. Details of the Position: Location: Remote Start Date: Monday, January 6th Duration: 6-8 weeks Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time Available shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Proven experience in data entry. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience managing email correspondence. Ability to organize and maintain files effectively.
