Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is critical in supporting the candidate side of our recruiting business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities (phone, email, text) and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for various job openings. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including phone networking, online databases, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline. • Contact candidates via email and/or phone to assess qualifications and conduct initial phone interviews. • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Assist candidates with the application process and provide timely updates on their application status. • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentations. Qualifications: • Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills and experience. • Research and analysis experience, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Exceptional communication qualities, both written and verbal. • High level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Success in team-oriented activities and project management. • Consistently meets and exceeds goals. • Excellent computer and Internet research skills. • Ability to speak professionally with senior executives over the phone or by video call. • Strong writing skills for candidate profiles. • Willingness to learn and exhibit leadership qualities.
