Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the end-to-end setup and management of Airbnb properties. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the property preparation process to ensure a seamless and successful launch. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in the vacation rental market, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Property Sourcing: Research and identify suitable real estate listings for Airbnb rental. 2. Staff Hiring: • Recruit a pool maintenance professional. • Hire reliable cleaning staff. • Find a customer service specialist to handle guest inquiries and bookings. 3. Interior Setup: • Source and purchase furniture, appliances, and decor. • Coordinate delivery and installation to create a guest-ready space. 4. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors and contractors. 5. Platform Optimization: • Set up Airbnb property listings with high-quality photos and compelling descriptions. • Optimize pricing and calendar availability for maximum bookings. 6. Quality Assurance: Inspect properties to ensure all standards are met before launch. 7. Ongoing Support: Provide recommendations for improving operations and guest experience.
