IÂm looking for an experienced AI developer to create a fully automated AI receptionist for my pet care business. The system should handle: Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations. Emails: Send and respond to booking and marketing emails. Appointment Management: Set, modify, and cancel appointments/reservations seamlessly. Human-like Conversations: The AI must sound natural and responsive with low latency similar to Bland AI. Marketing Support: Assist with outreach, promotions, and client follow-ups. Innovative Features: IÂm open to any additional features that can improve client communication and operational efficiency. API Integration: The system must integrate with my Gingr booking software. I will provide the Gingr API documentation here: Gingr API Reference. Requirements: Proficiency in AI chatbot development, API integration, and voice AI tools. Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., GPT-4, ElevenLabs, Twilio). Ability to deliver a system that operates 24/7 with detailed dashboards for call/email history and analytics. Proven success integrating AI systems with booking or CRM platforms. Deliverables: Functional AI system integrated with Gingr API. Custom script development to optimize responses and conversion. Full testing, optimization, and revisions.
