Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in a part-time remote capacity. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive bookkeeping experience to contribute meaningfully to our financial operations while enjoying a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare comprehensive accounting and financial reports. • Accurately record financial transactions across various ledgers and perform account reconciliations. • Generate journal entries as required. • Execute various general accounting functions. • Assist with payroll processing and manage sales/use tax returns. Required Skills • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in bookkeeping. • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with familiarity with additional accounting software. • Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while adapting to diverse personalities. • Detail-focused, reliable, and motivated self-starter who can independently learn new processes. • Proven ability to review work for accuracy prior to submission. • Previous experience in public accounting is favored. • Successful completion of a bookkeeping examination and background check is required. Qualifications • At least 8 years of relevant bookkeeping experience is mandatory. • Candidates must demonstrate adeptness in managing various tasks effectively. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential.
