You will be an integral part of our team, helping us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and driving our growth. Responsibilities  Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services  Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently  Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately  Maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks as needed  Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience  Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail  Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks  Proficiency in basic computer applications  Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:  Flexible schedule Shift:  Day shift Education:  High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person Apply Job!Â
