Executive Assistant - Human Resources Department We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team at the Federation of Italian American Organizations of Brooklyn. As the Executive Assistant in the Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
