This role is perfect for individuals seeking an entry-level position in the customer support field, offering the chance to assist customers with their inquiries and enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities... Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely support. Assist customers with questions related to shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and more. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions. Log in to the chat platform at the beginning of your shift and manage incoming chat requests until the end of your session. Contract Length: This position does not have a fixed term, allowing for long-term engagement based on performance and company needs. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: No prior experience in chat support is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires. Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) capable of handling chat functions. Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines and instructions. Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own hours. Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability and preference. Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
