What You'll Do

• Craft and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand and support recruitment goals.

• Develop engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok — tailored to each platform and audience.

• Monitor and manage our online community with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.

• Track key performance indicators and use data to guide content strategy and campaign improvements.

• Lead paid social media promotions with creativity and a results-driven mindset.

• Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously seek new ways to enhance our presence.

• Collaborate across departments to amplify our message and attract mission-driven candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Social Media Specialist or Manager role — preferably in healthcare or a related industry.

• Strong recruiting background with a clear understanding of talent marketing.

• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.

• Excellent communication and writing skills with a flair for storytelling.

• Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
