You will play a key role in identifying prospects, providing tailored marketing strategies, and driving revenue through expert product knowledge and consultative selling. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in the insurance or financial services industry. This is a remote position, operating primarily during EST business hours, with occasional travel for meetings and industry events.Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of financial advisors and insurance agents, focusing on disability income insurance sales.
  • Conduct product training and mentorship sessions to support agent success and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM/AMS systems with accurate customer data, call logs, and notes.
  • Set appointments, resolve client issues professionally, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Proactively recruit and onboard new reps to grow the advisor network.
  • Represent the business at industry conferences and client meetings to promote services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License is required.
  • Knowledge or experience with Disability Income Insurance is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
