This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience and exposure to various Order Management functions in our Sales department.Location, Schedule, & Compensation:In-office/non-remoteMaryville, TN40 hours per weekMonday-FridayPaidEducation and Experience:Currently enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program in a related field.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer creation
• Order entry
• Order cleanup (including taking and making phone calls for credit card payments, FFL updates, etc.)
• Documenting department procedures
• Complete assignments and projects to support Sales Operations team and respond to additional assignments from management as required
• Communicate and work with other operations team members as required
• Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals
• Maintain the company's standard of excellence in customer service
• Follow all company policies, programs and procedures
