  • Collaborate with product owner, stakeholders, and team members to understand product and customer needs and develop solutions

  • Working with appropriate stakeholders to implement good practices to harden and secure software delivery pipelines while also making it easy for engineering teams to use
  • Integrate upstream and downstream development/QA Testing/Security Analysis tools into the enterprise toolchain
  • Continually seek improvement opportunities of the Enterprise DevOps toolchain product
  • Mentor and teach engineering squads and individual team members to improve their code practices

All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 8 - 10 years of experience with configuration, automation, integration of CI/CD tools
  • 8 - 10 years of software development experience in modern frameworks
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Proven track record of improving the way engineers work through automation
  • Experience building full stack software applications using Test Driven Development
  • Use of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes · Experience with creating infrastructure as code (Docker, Kubernetes, HELM, Terraform, Kustomize)
  • Working knowledge of common networking protocols (e.g. HTTP, TCP, IP, SSH, FTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP), load balancer, firewall, storage
  • Experience with DevOps enablement for Cloud
  • Experience with implementing and operating end to end software supply chain frameworks in a regulated industry (for example

  • Experience demonstrating testing strategies and coaching teams on applying testing practices, like TDD, backfill testing, etc.
  • Experience building a testable code to automate tasks including automated verification of success, failure, and notifications
  • An understanding of CI/CD processes including production use of a CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions, ADO, etc), code quality and security scanning, testing, provisioning, and deployment
