Your mission We are looking for an inspiring Project Manager capable of overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, across various team sizes and complexities. You will be instrumental in driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they remain on schedule and within scope.● Lead Project Execution: Drive the execution of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.● Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.● Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key project metrics and KPIs to monitor progress, identify deviations, and inform decision-making.● Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. Propose effective solutions or escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.● Scope & Change Control: Manage project scope, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, approved, and integrated into project plans.● Resource Coordination: Coordinate with various teams (e.g., Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales) to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.● Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.● Roadmap Delivery: Own the delivery of projects aligned with the overall roadmap, organizing relevant activities and establishing key project management processes. Who are you?You have at least 2 years of Project Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.You are adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and motivating diverse teams.You have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.You are proactive in identifying potential issues and skilled at proposing pragmatic solutions or escalating appropriately.You are a flexible and dynamic individual, able to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the Italian healthcare sector and make it more accessible.You enjoy challenging yourself and your teammates to improve project delivery and outcomes.Proficient in Italian.A strong technical background is strongly recommended.
