• Provide patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members; ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Show sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions.
• Participate in activities aligned with unit and department goals; demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).

• Experience:

None required.

• Certifications:

Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required); Specialty certifications (preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in computer and web-based applications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good judgment and self-direction.
