Web/Graphic Designer

Design and export high-quality images and assets using Photoshop We’re looking for a talented and versatile Web & Graphic Designer to support our fast-paced e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who excels in digital design—particularly website banners, email templates, and ad creative—while also being open to learning and supporting print marketing initiatives. You should be highly proficient in Photoshop and Figma, with a strong understanding of what drives performance in e-commerce and marketing design. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in D2C Web & Graphic design
• Expert-level Photoshop skills, especially for photo editing and export workflows
• Proficiency in Figma for layout design, asset organization, and prototyping
• Strong experience in designing email templates and understanding email UX/UI
• Proven ability to create effective, visually engaging digital ads and website banners
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the design needs that support them
• Understanding of digital marketing and visual storytelling

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, brand-aligned website banners and homepage visuals
• Design and support email templates with attention to layout, conversion, and readability
• Develop creative assets for digital ads, promos, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to maintain cohesive brand visuals across all platforms
• Use Figma for web and UI layout, wireframes, and collaborative prototyping
• Apply best practices in e-commerce and marketing design to support business goals

Bonus Skills & Tools:

• Knowledge of print marketing design (e.g., postcards, labels, mailers)
• Willingness to learn and support print production processes
• Open to using collaborative tools like Canva when needed for rapid content creation
