The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, and laptops, among other products. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and other parts.
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product releases and repair techniques.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Apple hardware and software.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in repairs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in repair (preferred but not required).
