Marketing & Content Coordinator
Marketing & Content Coordinator Wandering Pine Wellness Location: Online and/or in-person in Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Part-Time W2 Position (8–10 hours/week) Pay Range: $18–22/hour. (based on experience) Position Overview We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role includes creating content for social media, making minor updates to our website and digital store, and ensuring our materials align with SEO best practices. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable working independently, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Create Engaging Content:
- Design social media graphics and write clear, engaging captions.
- Create marketing flyers and digital materials for events and services.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
- Website + Digital Updates:
- Make minor updates to our website content via Squarespace.
- Assist with updates to our Podia site, including course and product pages.
- SEO & Analytics:
- Conduct keyword research for blog posts and service pages.
- Implement basic SEO strategies (meta descriptions, headings, alt text).
- Track web performance using Google Analytics and report on trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Canva (Pro) and Squarespace.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Training or coursework in marketing, SEO, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare marketing.
Preferred, but Not Required:
- Experience creating content related to therapy or wellness.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience using Podia.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Additional training on SEO can be provided.
