Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding work personalities and how they relate to employment, the ability to cull applicants based on work history and availability, and interface with customers to ensure current employment needs are met. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms, including social media management to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Attend local job fairs, as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in recruiting.
• Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and strategies to identify talent effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
