In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating job applications with a keen eye for detail, helping us ensure that we continue to hire top talent. Responsibilities ? Reviewing and evaluating job applications and resumes ? Ensuring that applicants meet the required qualifications for the position ? Communicating with candidates via email or phone for additional information ? Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements ? Maintaining accurate and organized records of applicant information Requirements ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ? Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Educational Qualifications ? High School Diploma or GED required ?
